On сопр. illustrations the type of fixture of the listed components is also specified: letters with A on F designated bolts and screws, by the letters G and H – nuts, but components which are not designated by letters fasten clamps.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Consistently remove dashboard components 30, 34, 37, 26, 33, 6 and 32, having released them from clamps.
  1. Separate the safety cushion socket, trying not to damage an electrical wiring.
  1. Remove the lower panel No. 2, having turned out 2 bolts and 2 screws.
  1. At the corresponding complete set turn out 4 nuts, separate the socket and remove a CD changer.
  1. Turn out 2 bolts and 2 nuts and remove assembly of a safety cushion.

After removal lay assembly of a safety cushion face up. Do not investigate assembly of a safety cushion. At installation tighten fixture with the required efforts, replace assembly of a safety cushion with visible damages, do not allow short circuit of an electrical wiring of a safety cushion.

  1. Remove a steering wheel with a slip, and also casings of a steering column (see the Section Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a steering column).
  2. Consistently remove dashboard components 17, 20, 22 and 21, having released them from clamps and having turned out 2 bolts in the last two cases.
  3. Remove a steering column (see the Section Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a steering column).
  4. Consistently remove dashboard components 16, 12 and 18, having released them from clamps and having turned out in the latter case 6 screws.
  1. Turn out 4 bolts and remove the panel of finishing of the central console.
  1. Separate sockets, turn out 4 bolts and remove assemblies of the multipurpose display and the audio system.
  1. Turn out 2 screws and remove finishing of a combination of devices.
  1. Separate the socket, turn out 3 screws and remove a combination of devices.
  2. Turn out two bolts and remove the lower holders (23 and 24).
  3. Separate the socket, disconnect draft, give 4 nuts and remove assembly of the lever of the AT selector.
  4. Remove air ducts.
  1. Separate sockets, turn out 2 bolts and 2 nuts and remove an overlay of the dashboard.
  1. Give fixture and remove arms No. 1 and No. 2 (4 and 5).
  2. Turn out 2 nuts and remove modules of management of a body and ABS.
  3. Remove a returnable spring, turn out a bolt, 2 nuts and remove the block of the relay and safety locks under the dashboard.
  1. Turn out 4 bolts and 4 nuts and remove an intensifying bar.
  1. Consistently remove components No. No. 11, 12, 18, 5, 1, 2, 7, 14, 8, 13, 9, 19, 4, and 10.
  1. Turn out 5 screws, wring out clamps and remove an electrical wiring.
  1. Turn out 2 screws and remove an arm No. 1.
  2. Remove the sensor of the sun and the sensor of automatic control of lighting.
  3. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with the required efforts, replace the deformed clamps.
