- Remove a decorative cover of the engine, having turned out 3 nuts of its fastening and having removed its clamps.

- Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature.

Connect the OBD-II scanner to No. 3 DLC socket, being guided by the instruction of the producer of the scanner.

Connect a stroboscope clip to a wire conclusion.
|
- Increase engine turns to 2500 rpm approximately for 90 seconds and check idling turns – they have to make 700 ± 50 rpm. Leave the engine to work at single turns.
|
When checking turns of idling the following conditions have to be satisfied:
- The engine has to be heated-up;
- The air cleaner has to be installed, and air hoses and tubes have to be reliable and are correctly connected;
- All additional equipment has to be switched off;
- All vacuum lines have to be reliable and are correctly connected;
- Sockets of an electrical wiring of system of injection have to be reliably connected;
- Check of a corner of an advancing of ignition has to meet the requirements of Specifications of the Head Dvigatel;
- AT has to be established in neutral situation.

- If turns of idling do not conform to requirements of Specifications of the Head Dvigatel, check the IAC valve and an airintaking path.

Contacts of the TE1 and E1 DLC socket No. 1 also establish to Peremknita AT in neutral situation.

Having lit with a stroboscope a scale on a GRM drive belt cover, consider an ignition advancing corner.
|
- Remove a crossing point from the DLC socket No. 1 and double-check an ignition advancing corner.
- Compare the received values to requirements of Specifications of the Head Dvigatel.
- Disconnect a stroboscope and the OBD-II scanner.
- Establish a decorative cover of the engine.
